Executive Team

Jennifer Helten

I am the founder, owner, and CEO of Unique Pathways. I did not plan a career in ABA. I did not anticipate owning a company either. In fact, my love was the ocean and I had plans of becoming a Marine Biologist, specializing in sharks. God had other plans. I started in the field over 25 years ago when the son of the family I had moved to Dallas to nanny for was diagnosed with Autism. At that time, I had never heard of ABA and my knowledge of Autism was what I had seen in the movies, think "Rain Man". As I watched and learned more about the science, I decided to become a therapist, and so began my journey. I have worked with children as young as 15 months of age through young adulthood all of whom varied in levels of skill, behavior, and development.

I have assisted in the design of IEP's and have accompanied numerous families to their annual ARD meetings. I shadowed 20 of the 25 years in private schools in the DFW metroplex. I designed and led yearly summer camps targeting social and emotional development in children. I have traveled with families domestically and abroad so their child could participate in family vacations. In 2015, I was hired to start and run their shadowing program for a small, private Christian school in Grapevine, Texas. I was promoted to Director shortly thereafter and after five years, resigned in December of 2020. In addition to running Unique Pathways, I sit on expert panels designed to assist ABA business owners. It is very important to me that ABA remains child-focused, tailoring each program to meet the child individually valuing quality over quantity.

From a personal standpoint. I am the oldest of seven children and I am originally from Kansas. I have been with my husband for 21 years and we have a daughter, a German Shepherd named Sophie, and a cat named Goldie. Once upon a time, you would have found me and my husband riding around town on our Harleys but we traded our bikes in for the next best thing, a Jeep. I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to continuing my mission in providing children a voice.

Paul Boettcher, M.S.
Clinical Director
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

I am originally from South Dakota but have been living in the Dallas Metro for almost five years. I grew up all over the Midwestern United States and have also lived in northern Canada. I am a Christian and have been since April 4, 2013, which is my primary reason for being in a sensitive and amazing field such as this one! I am married with two wonderful children.

I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from South Dakota State University while working for a behavior analytic company and accumulating experience for approximately 2 years as a line-level therapist for individuals with autism. Simultaneously, I attended The Sage Colleges M.S. program in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism and am currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Before coming to Unique Pathways, I served as a Clinical Supervisor over school-based, home-based, residential, and consult-based programs in a variety of settings. I have extensive experience assessing, programming, and creating a successful program for individuals with autism and related disorders. I also have experience conducting in-depth training with parents, school professionals, and clinical staff.

I'm now the Clinical Director after serving as the Lead BCBA at Unique Pathways for four years and absolutely love what we are trying to accomplish as a company. I am blessed to be part of a team that genuinely cares for all children and is motivated by providing quality service to others.

Behavior & Speech

Jasmine Monsivais-Mendez
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)

A little bit about me, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst that is currently serving a variety of group ages (18 months- 18 years of age). I received my undergraduate degree from Texas Woman's University in 2016, specializing in Child Development with an emphasis on Child Life. Shortly after, I began attending the University of Cincinnati where I received my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. While working towards my Master's degree, I worked as a therapist, team leader, and training coordinator.

Prior to onboarding to Unique Pathways, I served as a Clinic Supervisor/BCBA supervising clients in the clinic setting. I have over 4 years of experience working with children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and other related disorders. Serving in this field has been a blessing and I will continue to do it wholeheartedly. The outcomes that ABA is able to provide our families have allowed me to see amazing growth for all of our families.

When I am not working, I am enjoying my time with my 2-year-old daughter and my golden retriever. We love spending time outdoors playing with bubbles, riding bikes, gardening, picking flowers, and having a lot of playdates. I am beyond thankful for the opportunity I have been given to work with a company that is so family-oriented and has great values.

I have lived in DFW for almost 3 years. I met my wife after relocating to the Dallas area. I am a Christian and this is a major reason I choose this field.

I worked as a line-level therapist, lead therapist, and assistant clinical supervisor prior to coming to Unique Pathways. I have experience working with kids of all ages in a variety of settings including school, home, and residential.

I am thankful to work as a BCaBA for Unique Pathways! I love working and helping children and being part of a dedicated team!

Lead RBTs Working Towards National Certification

Jackie Cutler
Lead Registered Behavior Technician

Hello! I am currently in my last year of graduate school for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the University of North Texas. I have always had a passion for working with children. I started volunteering at a ranch that provided special needs children with horse therapy in 5th grade.

When I got to high school, I began volunteering for a special needs Olympic swimming program. Through my experience with Special Olympics, my passion for special needs children started to grow. While I was studying, I began to take a particular interest in the behaviors and fell in love with applied behavior analysis. When I finish graduate school, it is my plan to become a BCBA. I am blessed to be in a field where I can make fulfill my passion.

When I am not studying or working, I enjoy going to the movies with my husband, exploring the city, and cooking desserts.

Chris Aguilera
Lead Registered Behavior Technician

Maggie Tobolka
Lead Registered Behavior Technician       (RBT)

I was born in El Paso but have spent most of my life here in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!). I chose Psychology because ever since I could remember, I have always loved talking to people and giving them advice. I love this field of study so going into ABA therapy seemed like the right thing to do.

I am in the process of working on my master’s degree as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. I'm very excited to have found Unique Pathways, and I have been a Registered Behavior Technician for 2 years now. I enjoy my job. It’s fun working with the children. Working with our kids and watching them learn and grow is very rewarding because it shows us that they will be able to interact in a more positive way in their environment. I am excited about the opportunity that will allow me to grow in my field, and I'm looking forward to all the new experiences that have yet to come.

When I’m not working with kids, I am home playing with my 4-year-old daughter. That little monkey is my world and I spoil that one rotten. I also love sports and like to go out dancing when I can. Anything else you would like to know, then by all means come ask! I love meeting new people.

Hello to all! I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and am the third of four children.  I crossed the Red River, however, to attend the University of Oklahoma for my undergrad. I graduated from OU in the spring of 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and am enrolled to receive my master's from OU. Boomer Sooner!

My experience working with children began with babysitting when I was 15 and progressed through working at daycares, giving swim lessons to little ones, and teaching in various special education rooms and ages. Working with children has always been my passion. I have been an intern at Unique Pathways for two summers and am excited to join the team permanently. Receiving the opportunity to work at Unique Pathways is a dream come true because it allows me to pursue a career that offers a reciprocal positive impact on those I work with and on myself, as well.

When I am not working or studying, I enjoy hiking, relax out by the lake, bake, and spend time with my family and friends.

I was born in South Bend, Indiana but raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I am currently majoring in Psychology intending to receive my Bachelor's in the fall of 2020. I have known my entire life that I wanted to help people, in particular, children. I spent two years coaching volleyball and six years working with kids in different programs such as the YMCA.

I’ve been working with Unique Pathways for three years as a Registered Behavior Technician, and I’m in love with the field of ABA. At the age of 26, it’s not often you find a job where you see your hard work directly change lives. I’ve always known I wanted to work with children, but I’m blessed to be part of a team that’s driven with passion and integrity.

I enjoy so much being able to come to work every day and make an impression on the life of a child. I hope with this experience, and a degree in psychology, I can continue to grow and help make significant impacts on lives daily in our community.  I am blessed to be with a company with so much passion and purpose.

Asia Noble
Behavior Technician/Shadow

I was born in Portland, Oregon, but have spent most of my life here in Texas. I always knew I had a passion for working with children. In church, I was a youth volunteer for Vacation Bible School. While in high school, I came across Partner P.E , which was a physical education class for kids with special needs. It was at that point, I discovered my God-given calling. My own personal learning struggles throughout life, along with my passion for children, paved a way for me to be a vessel used by God to help others as such.

I am so blessed to have the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of children I work with on a daily basis.

In addition, I’m a mother of a bright, beautiful little girl,  Malayah Noble, who is my pride and joy. I strive to make a difference for her first and to teach her (Philippians 4:13) she can do all things through Christ that strengthens me!!

My mission in pursuing my RBT is to not change ANY child but to implement confidence, strength, and courage to know they can achieve anything they set their mind to.

Dia Gonzalez
Registered Behavior Technician

I was born and raised in Fort Worth Texas, and as I grow older I find more things to love about our diverse metroplex.

I am currently a psychology major at UT Dallas, and I am hoping to start a doctorate program by the fall of 2023. Ever since I can remember I have had a passion for psychology and a deep love for working with children. So naturally, being an RBT is pretty much my dream job! I am so thankful to have a job where I get to play all day, while simultaneously helping kids grow.

While this is my first job in the psychology field, I have been babysitting and nannying children with special needs (ranging from ASD to cerebral palsy) since I was 12 years old. I also volunteered in special needs classrooms (PreK-12) for the last 6 years of my schooling. Working with these kids has really changed my life, and there is nothing else I would rather do!

When I am not working or doing homework, you will usually find me going on hikes or visiting a local coffee shop. I also really enjoy all things cooking and baking, and when the world starts to open back up again, it will be very hard to pull me away from the art museums!

Morgan Hogans
Registered Behavior Technician

I was born and raised in Frisco Texas and am the oldest of two children. I recently graduated in May of 2021 from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Go Pokes!!!!!!!! I plan to continue my education this spring and begin my studies towards a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and obtain my LPC Licensure.

In high school, I discovered my passion for Psychology as well as helping others and began to seek any opportunity to pursue that field. I obtained my Certified Nursing Assistant License (CNA) where I participated in clinical rounds at hospitals, dentist offices, and nursing homes. I then completed a mentorship program under the supervision of a Child Life Specialist at Baylor Scott and White.

At the end of the year, I presented my research to the local community. While in college I also had the opportunity to volunteer at the local elementary school and participate in Reading is Fundamental. Working with children has always been my passion and I was fortunate enough to get another opportunity to work at AlphaBest Education for two years.  The experience was invaluable and I really enjoyed working with K- 5th-grade level children in the after-school, day camp, and summer programs.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, running, watching movies with my little brother, and traveling to amazing new places!

Julie Devlin
Registered Behavior Technician

Hi everyone! I was born and raised in Baldwin, NY on Long Island. I have always been an avid sports fan (Go Mets and Islanders!!) and athlete, playing softball and ice hockey for as long as I can remember. I went to school at the University of New Haven, where I played collegiate softball while getting my Bachelors in Management of Sports Industries and my M.B.A. Coaching softball after graduating made me realize how much I adore working with kids. Quickly after entering the business world, I began school….. again, but this time to become a Special Education Teacher!

I worked as a Teaching Assistant in a Pre-K Special Education Class, 2nd Grade Inclusion Class, and 3-5 Grade Self-Contained Class for the past three years on Long Island while attending Molloy College. I received my Master's in Special Education and am currently continuing my education at FIT (Florida Institute of Technology) to get my advanced certificate in ABA to become a BCBA. I am extremely passionate about what I do and love working with the most amazing students in the world every single day.

When I’m not working I love to travel, go for hikes, to the beach/lake, or simply be outside with family and friends. Fun Fact: my high school ice hockey team’s home rink was the same rink that the 1980 Olympic “Miracle On Ice” game was played in Lake Placid, NY!

Lacy Ramsey
Behavior Technician

I was born in San Angelo Texas and raised in the small Panhandle town of Hereford Texas (the Cow Capital of the World). I grew up volunteering in my church daycare every Sunday. I continued my volunteer work throughout my life which included:  The First Tee as a kids Coach/Golf Instructor; Deaf Smith County Crisis Center as a Crisis Line Staff; Private Golf Lessons and Group Classes for kids in my local community as the Head Golf Instructor; The Fort Worth Youth Soccer Association as a Soccer Coach. During high school, college, and years after I took advantage of my opportunity as a golfer to make an impact in kid’s lives by coaching golf and giving lessons. I strongly believe play is the most important part of learning. I can see this in the way my 2 boys (aged 3 and 7) learn themselves. Being their mom is the greatest work I will ever do and my greatest joy in life.

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Texas A&M University in 2009 where I played golf competitively. I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Mental Health at West Texas A&M University, Go Buffs! Despite my love for the field of Psychology and human behavior I spent 12 years working in the business. From managing several bank branches to the V.P. of Mortgage Lending, then co-owning a Real Estate Investing company and a small Construction Company I feel like I have dabbled in almost everything. Along the way, I have established a strong business sense and bring a lot of working knowledge of business processes to Unique Pathways. God has always had a higher purpose for me and I am thrilled to be back in the field I love and joining the Unique Pathways Team as an RBT. Working with kids in a positive, fun environment while being surrounded by the amazingly supportive team at Unique Pathways is a wonderful opportunity!

In my free time, I read, play golf, attend big family gatherings, and spending as much time as I possibly can with my husband and 2 sweet little boys.

Tristin Pasano
Behavior Technician

Hey everyone!

Some really important things you need to know about me are my love for Lord, chocolate, and Justin Bieber.

I may appear small but I love to eat and try new things and I simply just have a heart for people and culture. It was 3 years ago when I first discovered a new passion of mine... that being working with kids with special needs! It was nearly impossible not to fall in love with their spirits and wanting to aid to their needs. I've found that it's so important for ANYONE to feel included and loved for who they are.

This then sparked an interest in behaviors and because of my growing love in that, my next goal is pursuing more schooling to become a BCBA.

It is a life goal to learn another language fluently and to always be a student of life. I can only hope that in the same way, I believe Unique Pathways will play a vital role in my journey, that I will do the same as an addition to the team!

I was born and raised in Houston Texas and I am the youngest of three children. I graduated from

Currently, I am working on getting my Masters degree in the area of Educational Psychology at Stephen F. Austin University. My ultimate goal is to become a BCBA when it is all said and done! I am thankful and blessed to be a part of an amazing team, at Unique Pathways!
