Paul Boettcher

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

My name is Paul Boettcher and I am originally from South Dakota but have been living in the Dallas Metro for almost three years. I grew up all over the Midwestern United States and have also lived in northern Canada. I am a Christian and have been since April 4, 2013 which is my primary reason for being in a sensitive and amazing field such as this one! I am married with two wonderful children.

I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from South Dakota State University while working for a behavior analytic company and accumulating experience for approximately 2 years as a line-level therapist for individuals with autism. Simultaneously, I attended The Sage Colleges M.S. program in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism and am currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Prior to coming to Unique Pathways, I served as a Clinical Supervisor over school-based, home-based, residential, and consult-based programs in a variety of settings. I have extensive experience assessing, programming, and creating a successful program for individuals with autism and related disorders. I also have experience conducting in-depth training with parents, school professionals, and clinical staff.

I have been serving as the Lead BCBA at Unique Pathways for three years and absolutely love what we are trying to accomplish as a company. I am blessed to be part of a team that genuinely cares for all children and is motivated by providing a quality service to others.

Jackie Cutler

Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)  In Training

Hello! I am currently in my last year of graduate school for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the University of North Texas. I have always had a passion for working with children. I started volunteering at a ranch that provided special needs children with horse therapy in 5th grade. When I got to high school, I began volunteering for a special needs Olympic swimming program. Through my experience with Special Olympics, my passion for special needs children started to grow. While I was studying, I began to take a particular interest in the behaviors and fell in love with applied behavior analysis. When I finish graduate school, it is my plan to become a BCBA. I am blessed to be in a field where I can make fulfill my passion.

When I am not studying or working, I enjoy going to the movies with my husband, exploring the city, and cooking desserts.

Chris Aguilera

Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

I was born in El Paso but have spent most of my life here in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!). I chose Psychology because ever since I could remember, I have always loved talking to people and giving them advice. I love this field of study so going into ABA therapy seemed like the right thing to do. I am in the process of working on my master’s degree as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. I'm very excited to have found Unique Pathways, and I have been a Registered Behavior Technician for 2 years now. I enjoy my job. It’s fun working with the children. Working with our kids and watching them learn and grow is very rewarding because it shows us that they will be able to interact in a more positive way in their environment. I am excited about the opportunity that will allow me to grow in my field, and I'm looking forward to all the new experiences that have yet to come.

When I’m not working with kids, I am home playing with my 4-year-old daughter. That little monkey is my world and I spoil that one rotten. I also love sports and like to go out dancing when I can. Anything else you would like to know, then by all means come ask! I love meeting new people.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)  In Training

Hello to all! I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and am the third of four children.  I crossed the Red River, however, to attend the University of Oklahoma for my undergrad. I graduated from OU in the spring of 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and am enrolled to receive my master's from OU. Boomer Sooner!

My experience working with children began with babysitting when I was 15 and progressed through working at daycares, giving swim lessons to little ones, and teaching in various special education rooms and ages. Working with children has always been my passion. I have been an intern at Unique Pathways for two summers and am excited to join the team permanently. Receiving the opportunity to work at Unique Pathways is a dream come true because it allows me to pursue a career that offers a reciprocal positive impact on those I work with and on myself, as well.

When I am not working or studying, I enjoy hiking, relax out by the lake, bake, and spend time with my family and friends.

Asia Noble

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

I was born in Portland, Oregon, but have spent most of my life here in Texas. I always knew I had a passion for working with children. In church, I was a youth volunteer for Vacation Bible School. While in high school, I came across Partner P.E , which was a physical education class for kids with special needs. It was at that point, I discovered my God-given calling. My own personal learning struggles throughout life, along with my passion for children, paved a way for me to be a vessel used by God to help others as such.

I am so blessed to have the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of children I work with on a daily basis.

In addition, I’m a mother of a bright 3 1/2-year-old Malayah Noble, who is my pride and joy. I strive to make a difference for her first and to teach her (Philippians 4:13) she can do all things through Christ that strengthens me!!

My mission in pursuing my RBT is to not change ANY child but to implement confidence, strength, and courage to know they can achieve anything they set their mind to.

Nansi Tran

Behavior Technician

Hi there, I'm a Behavioral Health Advocate by day and a PC gamer by night.

Having an overall passion for psychology, my early professional career began in geriatric psychopathology. It expanded towards child psychopathology during the completion of my undergraduate studies in Psychology and Childhood Development.

I believe that childhood experiences are the building blocks of a person and that all milestones in progression should be celebrated.

As a professional, it is a great honor and privilege to be a part of that journey.

Born and raised in Texas, my leisure activities consist of indoor gardening and MMORPGs (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games). Outside of work, I could be found practicing behavioral interventions on my two mischievous cats named Flerken and Loki.

Maritza Rosales

Registered Behavior Technician

Hello! I was born in Chicago, moved around a little, and then my family settled in Fort Worth. I love to watch documentaries about people and learn about what makes them who they are. One of my favorite movies is about a man with schizophrenia called A Beautiful Mind. Everyone has a beautiful and unique mind, and I'm glad I have the opportunity to explore the minds of the little humans I work with!

During middle school and high school, I volunteered at Special Olympics and really enjoyed displaying my fun and bubbly personality with the kids. After high school, I went on to Texas Woman's University in Denton and graduated in 2018 with a BS in Psychology. The next step in my education is to get my MA in something similar to my position now, working with kids; I just don't know what yet!

When I'm not at work, you can find me out on restaurant patios or taking a hike through nature.

Nate Crow

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I have an older brother and younger sister. Family means everything to me.  I graduated from WT White high school and am currently pursuing my degree in applied behavioral analysis from the University of North Texas. My mother has worked with children with autism for over 20 years, so I have grown up learning about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis throughout my entire life.

I love working with children, so when the opportunity to work with Unique Pathways came about, I was ecstatic! I’m very excited to get to know all the children and their families as time passes and to continue to impact the kids' lives positively.

Tiera Mathews

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

I was born in South Bend, Indiana but raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I am currently majoring in Psychology intending to receive my Bachelor's in the fall of 2020. I have known my entire life that I wanted to help people, in particular, children. I spent two years coaching volleyball and six years working with kids in different programs such as the YMCA.

I’ve been working with Unique Pathways for over a year now as a Registered Behavior Technician, and I’m in love with the field of ABA. At the age of 25, it’s not often you find a job where you see your hard work directly change lives. I’ve always known I wanted to work with children, but I’m blessed to be part of a team that’s driven with passion and integrity. I enjoy so much being able to come to work every day and make an impression in the life of a child. I hope with this experience, and a degree in psychology, I can continue to grow and help make significant impacts on lives daily in our community.  I am blessed to be with a company with so much passion and purpose.

Anthony Jones

I have worked in the mental health field for over eight years, specifically with the IDD population. I have worked in Behavioral Hospitals in the Psychiatric Intensive Unit and worked for MMHR on their Start Program. In addition to working for Unique Pathways, I am also pursuing my LPC to become a Professional Counselor.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. I enjoy playing basketball and played professionally for two-years in Mexico.  It is my dream to someday visit Amsterdam.
