Paul Boettcher

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

My name is Paul Boettcher and I am originally from South Dakota but have been living in the Dallas Metro for almost two years. I grew up all over the Midwestern United States and have also lived in northern Canada. I am a Christian and have been since April 4, 2013, which is my primary reason for being in a sensitive and amazing field such as this one! I am married and have a 1 ½-year-old at home. I am very blessed!

I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from South Dakota State University while working for a behavior analytic company and accumulating experience for approximately 2 years as a line-level therapist for individuals with autism. Simultaneously, I attended The Sage Colleges M.S. program in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism and am currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Prior to coming to Unique Pathways, I served as a Clinical Supervisor over school-based, home-based, residential, and consult-based programs in a variety of settings. I have extensive experience assessing, programming, and creating a successful program for individuals with autism and related disorders. I also have experience conducting in-depth training with parents, school professionals, and clinical staff.

I have been serving as the Lead BCBA at Unique Pathways absolutely love what I do here! I am blessed to be part of a team that genuinely cares for all children and is motivated by providing a quality service to others.

Walker Cutler

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

My name is Walker Cutler and I am originally from South Dakota. I lived in South Dakota all of my life before relocating to Texas. I received my undergraduate degree in sociology from South Dakota State University. I am also a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). I entered the field after my cousin was diagnosed with autism. I happened to be at my aunt and uncle’s house while a therapy session was being performed and from that point on I knew what I wanted to do. I am a Christian and this is another major reason for my choosing this field. I have previously worked as a line level therapist providing services to children with autism for 2 years. I then worked as a lead therapist for another 2 years before coming to Unique Pathways

Megan Ward

Speech & Language Pathologist

My name is Megan Ward. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist with 18 years of experience working with both children and adults in a variety of settings including early childhood intervention, clinical settings, and home health. I received my Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Texas at Dallas. My therapeutic style is naturalistic and focuses on the individual as a whole. I strongly believe that support and guidance for the family are integral to progress and success. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, as well as getting creative in the kitchen baking and decorating sweet treats.

Kennedy Wagner

Office Manager

Hi all, I am Kennedy. I am a native Texan, born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I graduated from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!) with my undergrad in Elementary Education. My experience working with children started when I was about 18 years old and got my first job working in the Pre-K classroom at a learning center. From there, my desire to positively impact children’s life started to grow, and I began my studies to become a Teacher. I got the pleasure of meeting and working with Jennifer and her family during my last year of college, where I got a small glimpse into the ABA world. After graduating, I decided to join the Unique Pathways team full time and never looked back. I enjoy interacting with our kids, watching them smile, laugh, grow, and succeed. Previously, I was involved in volunteer work at events such as the Special Olympics or Camp Summit, but Unique Pathways has given me the opportunity walk through life with our families and see the growth that each one of our children is capable of achieving.

Kajuana Graves

Health Insurance Manager

Hello, my name is Kajuana Graves, and I have been a certified coder for seven years and have been in the healthcare field for 12 years, starting in Behavioral Health, then working as a CNA for three years. I believe that working in direct care first has given me a clearer understanding of the stress families can go through when there is any need for medical attention. To receive services, clients with insurance will have claims that need to be filed, reviewed, followed up on or even appealed. It helps to have someone who is literate in policies and procedures, payouts, HIPAA, and the ins and outs of the insurance industry in order to ensure your overall experience with us is a smooth and less stressful one and to make sure your focus remains primarily on the care of your child and not the payment of services.  I currently live in Georgia, with my husband Rico and our son Kori.

Monica Patak

Administrative Assistant

My name is Monica, I am a wife and a busy mother of 7. I moved to Texas over 15 years ago and have not looked back.

After receiving my Associates of Applied Science in Horticulture, I began teaching high school Horticulture Biology while completing my studies in Leadership and Development through UNT. I began working as the Office Assistant at Unique Pathways shortly after, where I have more than enjoyed working and being part of the Unique Pathways family. During the small amount of free time I do have, I enjoy spending time in my garden with my family and two dogs, Chewy and Pavla. It is a privilege to have the opportunity to serve all our families and their kids.

Registered Behavior Technicians

Tierra Mathews

Registered Behavior Technician

My name is Tierra Mathews, and I was born in South Bend, Indiana but raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I am currently majoring in Psychology intending to receive my Bachelors in 2020. I have known my entire life that I wanted to help people, in particular, children. I spent two years coaching volleyball and six years working with kids in different programs such as the YMCA. While working at a private school in Arlington, I met a professional who introduced me to the world of Applied Behavior Analysis. Seeing the way she interacted with children and the way she was changing their lives, cultivated my passion for the science of ABA. I am very excited to begin working directly with children and their families to assist them in reaching their goals in their everyday life. I hope to continue to learn and grow through my experience with Unique Pathways. I am blessed to be with a company with so much passion and purpose.

Brandon Deamon-Jackson

Registered Behavior Technician

Hello, my name is Brandon Deamon-Jackson. I was born in Galveston, TX, but was raised in a small town of East Tawakoni, TX. I have always had a passion for working with the special needs population. The time I spent working at Camp Summit for the past five seasons changed my life, and the way I view it. This experience has led me into the field of ABA, which I have been doing for close to five years. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in both Marine Biology and Applied Behavior Analysis. My dream is to incorporate my love of the sea and ABA. I'm blessed to be working for Unique Pathways and am eager to see what opportunities will be placed before me. I am honored to be part of the Unique Pathways family and to see how much I will grow in this field.

Nate Crowe

My name is Nate Crowe I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I Graduated from WT White high school and am currently pursuing my degree in applied behavioral analysis from the University of North Texas. My mother has worked with children with autism for over 20 years, so I have grown up learning about ABA field my entire life. I love working with children, so when the opportunity to work with Unique Pathways came about, I was ecstatic! I’m very excited to get to know all the children and their families as time passes and to continue to impact the kids' lives positively.

Jackie Jaquez

Registered Behavior Technician

I'm Jackie Jaquez, and I am currently in graduate school studying Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas. Having the opportunity to work with special needs children has always been a passion of mine. I started volunteering at a ranch that provided special needs children with horse therapy in 5th grade. When I got to high school, I began to start volunteering at special needs Olympics swimming. By doing Special Olympics, my passion started to grow. While I was studying, I began to take a particular interest in the behaviors and fell in love with applied behaviors analysis. When I finish graduate school, I hope to become a BCBA. I am blessed to be in a field where I can make fulfill my passion.

Chris Aguilera

Registered Behavior Technician

My name is Chris Aguilera, and I was born in El Paso, but have spent most of my life here in the Fort Worth/Dallas area. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!). I chose Psychology because ever since I could remember, I have always loved talking to people and giving them advice. I am in the process of working on my Master's degree as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth with a goal of graduating in several years. I'm very excited to have found Unique Pathways, where I can do something that relates to what I went to school for. Working with these kids and watching them learn and grow is very rewarding because it shows us that they will be able to interact in a more positive way in their environment. I am excited about the opportunity that will allow me to grow in my field, and I'm looking forward to all the new experiences that have yet to come.
