Our office manager will contact your insurance provider to verify benefits for services.

Consultation
We will contact you to schedule a COMPLIMENTARY consultation outlining our step-by-step process. Consultation will be with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or Speech Pathologist.

Assessment times will be scheduled and administered by our BCBA or BCaBA, and your child's customized treatment plan will be designed.

treatment plan submission
Your child's customized treatment plan will be submitted to your insurance provider once we have received your consent to implement services.

Upon approval from your insurance provider, a collaborative schedule is designed and services begin!
INSURANCE
Our ABA services are fully-covered by many insurers, with a medical diagnosis and a referral for your child. Please see our accepted insurance providers, and we will be happy to pre-authorize services before we begin. Private pay and Single-Case Agreements (SCA) services are also available.
